Use of Service

Bellhop is a property management platform designed to help hosts manage listings, reservations, and guest communications. By using Bellhop, you agree to:

  • Use the platform only for legitimate property management purposes.
  • Provide accurate business and property information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding property management and guest data.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

AI-Assisted Features

Bellhop includes AI-assisted features for guest communication. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated responses are drafts that may require your review before sending.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of messages sent to guests, whether AI-assisted or manually composed.
  • AI responses are generated based on your knowledge base and property information.

Data and Integrations

When connecting third-party services (e.g., Guesty, Stripe):

  • You authorize Bellhop to access and sync data from these services on your behalf.
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and permissions.
  • Disconnecting an integration may result in loss of synced data.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account and business data at any time through the settings page.

Limitation of Liability

Bellhop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses from missed reservations, incorrect AI responses, or integration failures.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
