01 “So what does it actually do?”

A few nights and mornings of it

Nothing below needed you. That's the point.

  1. 9:24pm Unit 4B, Harbor Lofts

Heads up, the shower drains really slowly. Not a crisis, just so you know.

Thanks for telling us, and sorry about that. I've put it in for a plumber. If it backs up tonight, the second bathroom is fully working.

We've got this one. A maintenance task was opened, assigned to your plumber, and scheduled for the gap after checkout — not during someone's stay.

  2. 11:42pm Cozy Downtown Apartment

Our flight lands at 1, is there any way we can drop bags before check-in? Travelling with a dog too, I forgot to mention it.

Hi Maria, of course. Bags from 12:30, and the apartment will be ready at 3. I've added your dog to the reservation; the $75 pet fee is on your balance in the portal whenever you get a moment.

While you slept, Bellhop added the pet to the reservation in Guesty, put the fee on the guest's balance, noted the 12:30 bag drop, and moved the cleaning to finish by 2:30. You saw it in the morning log.

  3. 7:06am The Ridgeline Cabin

What's the wifi password? And is the hot tub on?

Morning! Network is Ridgeline-Guest, password pinecone2019. Hot tub's on. The cover latch sticks, so give it a firm lift.

You wrote that answer once. Bellhop has been giving it out ever since, including the bit about the latch, because you mentioned it in a message last spring.

  4. Saturday, 2:15pm Cozy Downtown Apartment

Our plans shifted. Could we move the whole trip a week later? Same nights.

Those nights are open, so yes. I've moved your reservation to the 14th–18th. The rate is the same; nothing else to do on your end.

You were out. It checked the calendar, moved the dates in Guesty, re-freed the original nights, and shifted the cleaning to match.

Same handful of questions, every single week. Let us take those. Go take the break.

02 “What if it says the wrong thing?”

You stay the host.

Every property starts on drafts. You read what Bellhop would say, see where it got it from, and send it yourself. Hand over a property only once it has earned it.

  • Each reply shows the house rule or listing detail it used
  • No reservation or calendar change without your rules or your okay
  • If it doesn't know, it asks you instead of guessing
  • A full log of every message sent and every change made

03 “Is it only guest messages?”

No. It handles the work around them, too.

Bellhop works from the same record of each reservation as your PMS, so the cleaner, the guest, and you are never looking at different versions of the stay.

Your own assistant

Ask for it, instead of clicking for it

Tell Bellhop what you need in plain words — "cancel 4B for the 12th and get it cleaned" — and it does the work rather than showing you where to do it.

Cancel 4B for the 12th, refund the deposit, and get it cleaned before the next arrival.

  • ✓Reservation cancelled, deposit refunded
  • ✓Aug 12–14 reopened for booking
  • ✓Turnover created, assigned to Dana, due the 15th

Which unit had the most maintenance tasks this quarter?

Harbor Lofts 4B: seven, five of them plumbing.

Every action it takes lands in the log: what changed, when, and why.

Ops board

Your cleaners, your contractors and you, on one board

Turnovers appear off the checkout calendar by themselves. Everything else — the leaky tap, the smoke alarm battery, the annual inspection — goes on the same board.

04 “How much setup is this?”

An afternoon, not a migration.

  1. Step 1

    Connect your PMS

Link Guesty and Bellhop mirrors your listings, reservations, and guest conversations within minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Teach it your house

Add the answers you give every week: wifi, parking, pets, check‑in windows. Bellhop cites them in every reply.

  3. Step 3

    Choose how much it handles

Start with drafts you approve. Hand over routine questions property by property once you trust it. Change it back any time.

05 “And the rest?”

Fair questions

Which property management systems do you support?

Guesty today. Bellhop syncs listings, reservations, and guest conversations from it, so there's nothing to re-enter. On something else? Email us and tell us which.

What does it cost?

Pricing isn't published yet. We're setting it with our first hosts, scaled to how many listings you run. Email support@mybellhop.ai and we'll talk it through.

How is guest data handled?

It's encrypted in transit and at rest, each business's data is kept separate, and card payments go through Stripe, so card numbers never reach Bellhop. We don't sell it or use it for advertising. Our privacy policy lists exactly what we collect and who helps us process it.

Something else? Email support@mybellhop.ai. A person reads every one.

Give every guest a front desk.

Connect Guesty tonight. By tomorrow, "what's the wifi?" is somebody else's job.
